LED Wall Experience

A 360-degree curved LED tunnel displaying high-resolution generative AI art, with synchronized spatial audio.

01 /The Challenge

Building a perfectly smooth, curved tunnel out of modular LED panels required sub-millimeter construction tolerances. Media playback required multi-server synchronization to drive a 16K canvas at 60 FPS without frames dropping.

02 /The Setup & Solution

We utilized custom-machined curved rigging plates with Roe Visual Carbon LED panels. We deployed a Disguise VX4 media server array to handle content distribution and mapping.

03 /The Result

The visual tunnel looked completely seamless to visitors. Playback remained stable at 60fps with zero frame latency, drawing over 50,000 visitors over a two-week period.
