We review the ballroom or open-air site with the hotel's technical team: rigging points, power, load-in route and time slots.

Technical plan
Stage, LED, sound and lighting are drawn into one plan, with the day-to-evening changeover if the room hosts both.

Travel and build
Equipment and crew travel from Istanbul; the build and rehearsal run to the hotel's load-in rules.

Show and strike
Our crew runs the show and strikes the same night or next morning, as the venue requires.

Do you produce events in Antalya hotels?+
Yes. In ballrooms, congress halls, amphitheatres and outdoor stages we handle the site survey, build, rehearsal, show and strike, working to the hotel's load-in rules.

Yes. LED, sound, lighting and stage are planned so the presentation-led daytime session turns into a gala or concert in the evening.

Belek, Lara, Kundu, Kemer, Side, Alanya and the rest of the coast. Equipment and crew travel from Istanbul, so transit time is built into the schedule.
When should we book for the busy season?+
April–May and September–October are the busiest months for meetings and incentives on the coast, so contact us as soon as the date and venue are known.
