If you are bringing a product launch, sales kick-off or dealer conference to Turkey, the venue and the hotel rooms are usually the easy part. The harder question is who will make sure every slide, video cue and microphone works exactly when it should. Corporate event production in Turkey covers all of that: LED walls, presentation playback, show control, sound, lighting and the rehearsals that tie them together. This guide walks international organisers through the technical decisions that matter most, and the order in which to make them.
What makes corporate production different
A concert audience will forgive a small glitch. A boardroom audience usually will not. When the CEO’s keynote freezes or a launch video starts on the wrong cue, it becomes the moment everyone remembers. Corporate production therefore prioritises reliability over scale: redundant playback, tested radio frequencies, clear cue sheets and a team that has rehearsed the show, not just installed the equipment.
Corporate content also changes late. Presentations get updated the night before, speaker orders shift and a surprise video appears on the morning of the show. A good production partner builds a workflow for this: content deadlines, version control on a dedicated show machine, and a technical director who knows exactly which file is live.
LED walls and content preparation
On a modern launch stage the LED wall is the set. To avoid surprises on site, settle these points early:
- Canvas size and aspect ratio: a simple 16:9 screen or a wide panoramic surface? Your creative agency needs the exact pixel dimensions before designing anything.
- Pixel pitch: viewing distance drives the pitch you need. We cover this in detail in our LED pixel pitch guide.
- Side screens and IMAG: in larger ballrooms, live camera feeds of the presenter on side screens make a huge difference for the back rows.
- File specs: agree on codec, frame rate and resolution for videos, openers and logo loops in advance.
Behind the wall there is usually a NovaStar processor and a media server. Building content to the screen’s pixel map eliminates last-minute scaling and cropping issues. See the panel types we use on our LED screen rental in Turkey page.
Presentation playback and show control
Front-of-house control is the nerve centre of a corporate show. A typical setup includes:
- Main and backup presentation machines running the same file in sync, so a crash becomes a two-second switch instead of a stopped show.
- Presenter clicker and confidence monitors on the stage floor showing the next slide, notes and a countdown timer.
- Dedicated video playback for openers, product films and walk-up stings, fired from a cue list.
- A vision switcher routing cameras, slides and video to the LED wall, the side screens and any recording or streaming output.
A show caller or technical director runs the event from a written running order. Every cue, from a lighting change to a microphone unmute, sits on that document, so sound, video and lighting operators all work from the same script.
Speaker microphones and sound
In corporate sound, intelligibility beats volume. Music matters, but the real job is making every word clear in every seat. Choose microphones by presenter style:
| Microphone | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Lectern (gooseneck) | Formal welcomes, protocol speeches | Speaker must stay at the lectern |
| Lavalier (lapel) | Panels, seated discussions | Clothing noise and placement |
| Headset | Walking keynotes, launch presenters | Fit each presenter during rehearsal |
| Handheld | Hosts, Q&A, award ceremonies | Plan enough audience mics and runners |
We work with Shure and Sennheiser wireless systems and digital consoles such as the Yamaha CL5 and Allen & Heath, which let the engineer store a scene per speaker. With careful frequency planning, wireless mics remain stable even in busy resort hotels. For speaker system choices, read our guide to choosing an event sound system.
Lighting for the room and the camera
Corporate lighting has two jobs: light presenters so their faces read clearly next to a bright LED wall, and create the brand atmosphere around them. Without proper key light, presenters look dark on camera and in the room. For reveals, moving heads and colour washes turn a product unveiling into a moment. Our article on event lighting design basics explains the fixtures involved.
Rehearsals and the show-day timeline
The success of a corporate show is decided at rehearsal. It is not enough to see that the equipment powers up; the full running order should be played through at least once with real content and, ideally, real presenters.
| When | Stage | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| 3–4 weeks out | Site visit and technical meeting | Room dimensions, rigging points, power, content specs |
| 1–2 weeks out | Content delivery | Slides, videos, music, speaker list |
| Day before | Load-in and build | Stage, truss, LED, audio, lighting, control |
| After build / show morning | Technical and full rehearsal | Cues, mic checks, presenter walk-through |
| 1 hour before doors | Final checks | Backup tests, fresh batteries, walk-in loop |
Executives rarely have time for a full rehearsal, but even five minutes on stage with their microphone and clicker removes most of the risk.
Budget and next steps
What drives the budget
Costs depend on LED surface area and pitch, the number of cameras and screens, microphone count, the venue’s rigging capacity, the time allowed for load-in and the number of show days. Overnight builds or very short load-in windows usually require larger crews. Writing a simple technical rider of your needs is the fastest way to get comparable quotes.
